Delivery Times
If we have all of the goods on your order in stock, we're usually able to dispatch them the same day we receive your payment! The time the goods should take in transit between us and you depends upon the delivery method that you chose when placing your order, as well as where you live. In most places where you see a mention of delivery options on our website, you'll also find an estimated delivery time to locations within the UK. Please note, however, that these are only estimates and that we cannot be held responsible for orders that arrive late.
Have You Received My Order?
After your order has passed through our security checks, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the exact order received. If you do not receive an order confirmation, you may have supplied an incorrect email address during the checkout process. Please contact us (click here for details) and we'll instruct you further.

Once you've logged in, you'll find your most recent orders towards the bottom of the page. Clicking on an order reveals more detailed status information, keeping you fully informed.
Damaged Goods
Knowing the fragility of some of the products that we retail, we always go to great lengths to ensure that all customer orders are well protected in durable and appropriate packaging. That said, we're well prepared to make your life as easy as possible in the unlikely event of a disaster. Customers are simply required to login to their account with us (click here) to access their previous orders (towards the bottom of the page once you've logged in). Clicking on an order reveals further information and details about it, as well as a comprehensive returns system that can be used for requesting a refund/replacement/swap for any of the products on your order.
I Want to Cancel/Change My Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us (click here for details) at your earliest convenience. It would be helpful if you could have your order reference and the date of the order to hand (you can find these details by viewing the relevant order within your customer homepage - click here). If your order has already been sent, please use the returns system that you can find within the details of each of your orders (you'll need to login first: click here).
Returns
We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchases. That said, we realise that a products you order can turn out not to be exactly what you thought they would be. You can submit a request to return certain products from your orders by using our returns system. You can find it by clicking on an order from your customer login area homepage (click here), and then following the instructions found about halfway down the page.
